All of our pizzas are fire roasted in a traditional domed brick oven which we

built on the Premises.  Our dough is a slow rise using a starter we have cultured

for over five years, and a blend of red wheat and rye flours

 

We Offer 2 Sizes    $9.50 for small    $12.00 for medium

• Small 10 inch a standard personal pizza (4 slices)

• Medium 12 inch which typically feeds two people or maybe just one (particularly after you know how good is our pizza) (8 slices)
